We understand the challenges of memory loss dues to Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Our programs help ease the journey by reducing agitation, inspiring creativity and instilling a personal sense of purpose.

Long-Term Care

Long-Term Care

For those with more complex needs, we offer long-term care. With private/semi-private rooms and community gathering spaces, our residents can choose solitude or social interaction as they wish, all under the care and guidance of an experienced care staff.

Affordable Housing

Our goal is to help our residents overcome every obstacle—including financial ones. Immanuel has two communities dedicated to providing a more affordable option for senior living, each offering choices in apartment styles and activities and services designed to enrich the lives of our residents.

AgeWell Centers

You’re only as old as your feel, and our AgeWell centers will keep you fit and active for years. With personal trainers who specialize in senior fitness, you’ll find classes and programs with just the right amount of challenge. Membership is free for residents.

PACE® Program

PACE® Program

PACE® (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a Medicare and Medicaid program that helps people meet their health care needs in the community instead of going to a nursing home or other care facility.
