Clark Jeary Makes Meals on Wheels

Clark Jeary's life enrichment coordinator, Beth Alberts, and her husband Dan, deliver Meals on Wheels every Sunday. They deliver two containers, one a hot meal, the other a sack with milk, salad and dessert. Often the sacks will have decorations on the front and will always include a Bible verse. Several of the people they deliver to like to see what is on the outside of the bag and love to see and read the verse on the inside. One day while picking up the meals for their route, Beth asked how they could get sacks to decorate for Clark Jeary residents. She came home with 500 sacks and Bible verses.

The community got together on a Monday to create Meals on Wheels sacks, finishing around 250. The residents were very happy to do this service for others!
