Snowball Dinner

It was a cold January day, but staff at Immanuel Village warmed up everyone’s hearts with a very special snowball dinner. With a white-themed menu featuring head sous-chef Roger Hill’s creations like cauliflower soup, white fish, white asparagus, mashed potatoes and white chocolate cheesecake, everyone got into the festive spirit. Residents were asked to wear white and staff built a snow woman we lovingly named Rosie. Thanks to Julie Ashton who provided musical ambiance and our maintenance team for hanging some fantastic white snowflake decorations. What an amazing evening!
