It was day like no other at Immanuel Village celebrating Christmas with residents. The community started the party with barbershop music from Q Street Quartet in the community room. Santa & Mrs. Claus made their grand entrance just as the party was getting underway. There were delicious appetizers & drinks close to where Santa & Mrs. Claus were signing autographs & taking pictures. They left the reindeer outside as executive director, Jacob Schultz, said they wouldn't fit in the door. So many residents joined in the fun & festivities that the party spilled over into the front lobby & library area. It was a delightful day of laughter & smiles for all. Santa said everyone was so good that he might join them again next year!
