The room at Immanuel Village buzzed with activity as students from Masters Elementary arrived for a Valentine's Day activity. It was fun to watch the interaction between generations - who knew such a simple event could bring them together? The students and residents put together Valentine's Day cards to give to others. The class shared a brief program for residents about what they had been learning about black history, which was very interesting and educational. They had a wonderful time of sharing and learning from each other, noting that the 5th graders were very well-behaved!
