Specifically designed for people 55 and older, our AgeWell Centers keep your body moving and your mind sharp.
Our professional trainers are senior fitness experts, putting their exercise science backgrounds to work for our young-at-heart members. They’ll work with you one-on-one to tailor a plan that meets your goals and keeps you feeling fit and happy. Whether you’re looking for exercise equipment designed for seniors, group classes or events to socialize while you strengthen, you’ll find it at our AgeWell Centers.

All AgeWell Centers, except Pacific Springs Village, are open to outside members. AgeWell programming varies from center to center—some examples of available activities are:
